Update from India
We are far behind on updating our website, but that doesn't mean we haven't been busy.
In the last few months we've traveled in mainland China, took in the sites in Japan, accidentally got caught in a Thai New Years Celebration during a one day layover, spent 10 days with friends Jennie and Dan in Northern India, and have visited quite a few interesting economic think tanks along the way.
We even were briefly back in the US for two weeks, albeit, not the mainland. We caught a flight from Narita to Oahu where my sister and brother-in-law live to visit family, most notably, our 2-month old niece Ella. It was a great experience seeing our first niece.
We are now in Bangalore, and while it is one of the world's IT capitals, we're having a bit of a hard time finding reliable connections to upload. So no new photos or entries to report. Yet, everything is being saved in the laptop so at some point it will be posted.
In the meantime, I thought I would alert readers to one of my articles that was recently published on A World Connected. It is on Vietnamese shrimp (pictured below) and the U.S. anti-dumping tariffs that are making them expensive for consumers back home.

Hope you enjoy it.
